Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: May 29, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") covers the products, services, and technologies (collectively, the "Products") provided by Therapbiz, a DBA of Monastic Marketing LLC, under any ongoing agreement. It is designed to protect us, our customers, and the wider Internet community from unethical, irresponsible, and illegal activity.
Therapbiz customers found engaging in activities prohibited by this Policy may be subject to service suspension and account termination. In serious cases, we may be legally obligated to report such customers to the relevant authorities.
Fair use
We provide our facilities with the expectation that your use will be "business as usual" in line with your plan, scope of services, and our published offer schedule. If your use is considered excessive or abnormal, we may charge additional fees, restrict capacity, or adjust your service level.
We oppose all forms of abuse, discrimination, rights infringement, and any action that harms or disadvantages any group, individual, or resource. We expect our customers and, where applicable, their users ("end-users") to engage with our Products in the same spirit.
Customer accountability
You are responsible for your own actions and for the actions of anyone using our Products with your permission. This responsibility also applies to anyone using our Products on an unauthorized basis if that use results from your failure to implement reasonable security and access controls.
By obtaining Products from Therapbiz, you agree to ensure compliance with this Policy by anyone using the Products as your end-user. Complaints regarding the actions of you or your end-users may be forwarded to the primary contact for the account.
If you, your end-user, or anyone using our Products through your account violates this Policy, we may suspend or terminate any Products associated with the offending account, terminate the account itself, or take any other remedial or preventative action we deem appropriate, with or without notice. To the extent permitted by law, no credits will be issued for service interruptions resulting from a violation of this Policy.

You are solely responsible for all material you input, upload, disseminate, transmit, create, or publish through or on our Products, and for obtaining all necessary legal permissions to use any works included in such material.

All messaging lists operated on or hosted by our Products must be "confirmed opt-in." You must be able to demonstrate that the owner of each address or number expressly consented to subscription, and you must retain that verification for the life of the list.
You may not use email lists, telephone number lists, or databases purchased from third parties for spam or unconfirmed messaging purposes with our Products.
This spam and unauthorized messaging policy applies to messages sent using our Products and to messages sent from any network by you or on your behalf that directly or indirectly refer recipients to a site, page, or asset hosted via our Products.

Our Products must not be used to access any account or electronic resource that you do not own or are not authorized to access (e.g., "hacking," "cracking," "phreaking," or similar activities).
Our Products must not be used to intentionally or recklessly introduce viruses, worms, trojans, or other malicious code into our systems or those of others.
Our Products must not be used to engage in activities designed to harass, bully, or intimidate another group or individual.
